Perfume ingredients from Nature

I produce most of these materials in the studio. There are a small number of materials that are produced by other artisans whose work I admire.

Here you will find the aromatic ingredients most often used when creating perfumes. Some are readily dissolvable in oils for making solid and oil-based perfumes and all are easily dissolved in alcohol for the production of alcohol-based perfumes. They are perfume tinctures, essential oils, absolutes, resin absolutes and resinoids for Perfume making.

You will find medicinal tinctures elsewhere in the shop. Medicinal/herbal tinctures contain around 40% water and are designed to include the water-soluble portion of medicinal plants while perfume tinctures are usually made with 95% alcohol which collects only the aromatic compounds in plants.
