If you thought the Royal Green Hojari Essential oil was special, hold on to your hats! This essential oil is at the pinnacle of exquisite quality. Like other Frankincense essential oils, it will mature and evolve in depth and beauty, increasing in value for years to come.
Rarely available to the public, the Sultan's Grade Royal Green Hojari Frankincense resin, or The Sultanate's Special Reserve, as it is sometimes called, is the cream of the Green Hojari Frankincense crop.
It is collected immediately after harvest and kept out of circulation by the Sultanate of Oman. It is the purest, greenest, freshest and visually most beautiful resin of all the types of Frankincense harvested in Oman.
The Sultan's grade Royal Green Hojari is the only grade of Hojari resin on the market that tops the Royal Green Hojari in quality and colour, and it is rarely available to the public except once or twice a year when the Sultanate releases small amounts by special license after an extensive screening process. Even then, it is only dispensed in very small quantities. Many apply for the privilege of purchasing this grade and few get the opportunity.
Due to the expense and exclusivity of Royal Green Hojari resin, mainstream commercial distillers cannot offer this unique product. They need to distil vast amounts of plant material at a low cost to make a profit; you will not find the Sultan's Grade Frankincense Essential oil on the market.
The Sultan's Grade Royal Green Hojari resin tears are in the shop.
Sultans Grade Frankincense Essential oil is a pure essential oil. Nothing has been added and nothing has been removed from it.
Sultan's grade Royal Green Hojari tears, like the Royal Green Hojari, is used mainly for traditional medicine. It often is chewed, made into a healing tea and used as an ingredient in traditional medicinal formulas.

Note- Botanically, Boswellia Sacra from Arabia and Boswellia Carterii from East Africa are considered the same species. However, visually, aromatically and chemically their respective resins set themselves apart from each other. For this reason, I distinguish this resin from Oman as Boswellia Sacra and the beautiful Frankincense of Somalia as Boswellia Carterii.
