Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  • We package orders every week day morning. 5 days a week.
  • Orders are picked up by the post office late morning on weekdays.
  • If you want to cancel or change an order you must let us know before your order is packaged. By 8 AM EST.

Tracking

  • All North American orders include tracking.
  • International customers please contact us for a quote on cost of tracking to your destination.
  • Packages to South America, Central America and Russia will ONLY be sent with the purchase of tracking.

Returns

  • We accept returns.
  • Customers have 14 days from delivery of the items to notify us of their intent to return an item.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any loss of product value.

Oops


We do make mistakes sometimes, hard as we try not to. If you received the wrong product or size, let us know and send us a photo of the product. We will replace the product or refund your cost ASAP,  at our discretion.
