SUSTAINABLE HARVEST
We are quickly losing many of our world's aromatic plants through overharvesting and mismanagement. If we demand and purchase sustainable products, the industry will listen and the wheels of commerce will follow suit.
Many of the products in this collection are harvested with relatively low impact on the plant and the environment. Some are collected from the ground and others from cultivated stock, ensuring wild populations remain undisturbed. Healthy communities of harvesters are also a good indication of sustainability. You will hear more about them in the listing descriptions.
